What You'll Learn

Organizations invest an estimated $60 to $400 billion each year in leadership development. For decades, it’s been a cornerstone of learning and development strategies, and for good reason.

The right leaders can attract top talent, inspire engagement, and strengthen retention. And successful organizations invest heavily in leadership training because they recognize how much influence leaders have. But do they know what leadership means to their organization specifically?

Many companies pursue leadership development without first defining what great leadership looks like in their unique context. That lack of clarity can make it difficult to build a consistent culture, align expectations, or measure success.

Our webinar will give you the tools to effectively frame leadership within your organization and set a vision that your team can get behind.
