Our History
Since 1983 our parent company, Express Employment Professionals, has been connecting the workforce to the workplace. Founded in 1983, Express annually employs more than half a million people across 850 franchise locations worldwide. Their long-term goal is at the heart of the company's vision, to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.
Frontline Training Solutions was born out of a desire to serve our clients in ways beyond traditional staffing and recruitment services. Frontline Training Solutions was founded by the owners of the Grand Rapids, Michigan Express Employment Professionals office in 2022. The Grand Rapids Express office, founded in 1996, has a long history of providing training and consulting solutions to their client base. As the demand for these services continued to increase and expanded beyond West Michigan, Frontline Training Solutions was born! We remain connected to our roots at Express Employment Professionals both locally in West Michigan and throughout the country.
Frontline Training Solutions partners with Express Employment Professionals for Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, and Administrative staffing solutions and Specialized Recruiting Group for Professional and Executive Recruiting.
