Leadership Alignment for Operational Excellence is a training program uniquely designed to bring all levels of leadership into alignment while each participant learns about critical skills and leadership traits. One of the biggest challenges plaguing the modern manufacturing and industrial workforce is a lack of alignment throughout the different levels of leadership. This misalignment will inevitably result in sub-optimal performance. It is difficult for an entire organization to be in step with each other if the leaders are not aligned.

This program takes place in person, on site at your company. Participants will gather as three distinct groups to weave together a story of operational behaviors, skills, improvement ideas, and necessary leadership attributes. At the conclusion of the program, your company will be poised to move forward in areas of safety, waste reduction, communication, onboarding, employee retention, and so much more.

Each session will include time with the managers (top-management), time with the frontline leaders (mid-management), and time with the floor leaders (peer leads, team leaders).  Each group will work through topics relevant to their leadership level and each will examine the dozen leadership traits needed at their respective level. The topics are thematic, and the details and tools are level specific and appropriate. This is more than a training for team members, it is designed as a transformational process for your entire company.

This program was designed by John Keuning, Frontline’s Director of Manufacturing Training, from over 30 years of manufacturing and leadership experience. It’s designed to be conducted over a 13-week period but is highly customizable to fit your schedule.
