Our team is made up of experienced HR professionals, former executives, and workplace leaders who have been in the trenches. They know the challenges you face because they’ve been through them before.

Michigan Training FAQs
Yes. Most of our work happens at the client's location, anywhere in Michigan. We also host open enrollment sessions at our Grand Rapids training center at 1760 44th St., and we deliver the same programs virtually for teams spread across multiple sites or shifts.
Cost depends on program length, group size, and whether the training is open enrollment or customized for your company. Programs range from a half-day session to an eight-week series. Tell us what you're trying to fix and we'll put a proposal together, including whether Going PRO funding could cover part of it.
Frontline leader training in manufacturing and similar environments is our most requested program. Supervisor Boot Camp and Preparing for Leadership were designed for people promoted off the floor, and Supervisor Boot Camp is available in English and Spanish for plants with bilingual crews.
Yes. About half of our work is customized training or consulting for a single company. We start with an intake call to understand what's happening on your team, then build the program around it rather than dropping a stock curriculum into your conference room.
Often, yes. Going PRO awards Michigan employers up to $2,000 per employee for short-term training that addresses a documented skill gap, and several Frontline programs qualify. Employees must be permanent, full-time, and working primarily in Michigan. Start with your local Michigan Works! agency, since they handle fact-finding and the application before annual deadlines.
