What Do Our Trainings Look Like?

Improving communication skills is one of the core features of many of our leadership training programs at Frontline. We work with leaders across a wide range of industries to improve their communication skills as it applies directly to their industry and their role.

During our trainings we will explore your DiSC style so we can build a method that works best for you. Our trainings take place in sessions of 10–20 people and put a heavy emphasis on practicing skills, group activities, and real-life applications. These trainings can include assessments such as DiSC, StrengthsFinder, and more.
