Dr. Mary McNevin – Executive Coach & Former Chief Learning Officer, Signature Healthcare

Dr. Mary McNevin is an executive coach, talent advisor, and former Chief Learning Officer who has spent over 20 years helping organizations unlock their human potential. She believes that the right combination of coaching, learning, and strategic talent development can transform both individuals and businesses.

Dr. McNevin holds a doctorate (Ed.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania’s interdisciplinary program with Wharton, where she researched executive coaching, along with an MBA from Wisconsin–Madison and an M.S. in Education from Penn. While grateful for these credentials, she knows her real education happens daily working with talented leaders who teach her as much as she teaches them.

Throughout her career, Dr. McNevin has been fortunate to work with teams that have received recognition from Corporate University (CorpU) Xchange, ATD BEST, ATD Excellence in Practice, and CLO Magazine. She’s proud of these accomplishments while recognizing that great work is always a team effort—and that the best learning often comes from the initiatives that don’t win awards but teach valuable lessons, nonetheless.
