Why Leaders Need to Be Trained as Coaches
A manager who takes on the role of a coach can make all the difference for your team and your company’s bottom line.
In fact, by some estimates, over 96% of employees who receive coaching from their managers report being satisfied or very satisfied with the feedback they receive. When they’re that satisfied, they’re more likely to stay with your company and help it grow.
Coaching is a skill your managers need and one that can help their teams reach that level of satisfaction if they receive proper training for it.
Adopting a coaching mindset helps your leaders stop managing tasks and start developing people. Frontline’s leadership coaching training, Developing Coaching Leaders, will help you foster stronger teams, healthier cultures, and higher retention by honing skills like active listening and open-ended questions.
