What You'll Learn

In today’s busy world the thought of having one-on-ones with reports can seem daunting, but the truth is regular one-on-ones between leaders and their employees are more important than ever.

Research conducted by Gallup shows when managers provide weekly (vs. annual) feedback, team members are much more motivated to do outstanding work and are generally more engaged. In today’s world where organizations are experiencing the “great resignation,” one-on-ones are one of the most effective tools to engage with employees and increase retention by creating a collaborative environment where voices are heard. This webinar reviewed the importance of one-on-ones and provided the essential tools you need to start conducting these in a way that fosters employee engagement and development…resulting in better retention.

This webinar addressed the following:

– Benefits of one-on-ones for engagement and retention
– Frequency of one-on-ones
– Preparing for one-on-ones
– Topics to address in one-on-ones: performance and development
– Questions to ask in your one-on-ones
