Nathan Leaman brings over 20 years of leadership and HR experience spanning both nonprofit and corporate sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s from Moody Bible Institute, a Master’s from Liberty University, and a coaching certification from Northwestern University. He began his career in full-time church ministry, then transitioned into HR at Kohler Co., eventually serving as Director of Leadership Development, responsible for senior HR development and succession planning efforts. He later held executive HR roles at Grande Cheese Company, overseeing Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits Management, and HRIS. Nathan is also certified in multiple personality and 360° feedback assessments, and is known for his straightforward coaching style, genuine interest in others’ growth, and ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Jessica Collette, Chief Financial + Operating Officer for AMDG Architects, is a future-focused strategist and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding businesses and non-profits through start-up, growth, and transformation. Whether as a consultant, employee, or board member, she has been blessed to impact local, national, and global work that empowers people, grows community, and accelerates value. Jessica is grateful for the opportunity to lead AMDG and its talented team by prioritizing people development, smart systems thinking, sound business strategy, and an intentional approach to technology. Jessica has Graduate Certificates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, and in Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida. She also earned Graduate Certificates in Human Resources Management and Project Management from the University of Minnesota. She received her Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C. and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Public Policy from Michigan State University.
