Both. Our trainers travel onsite to deliver workshops at your facility anywhere in Illinois, from the Chicago metro to Rockford, Peoria, the Quad Cities, Springfield, and the Metro East. We also hold live virtual sessions for teams that prefer to train remotely or have people spread across multiple sites.
We work across leadership development, human resources, operations, professional development, and team development, along with consulting, coaching, assessments, and apprenticeship program management. Programs range from a single half-day workshop to multi-week engagements, and we serve both individual leaders signing up for open-enrollment classes and organizations building a development plan for their whole team.

Most of our clients come to us with the same kind of people-leadership challenges, whatever their industry: developing first-time supervisors, improving retention, or strengthening company culture. Yes. About half of our work is custom training and consulting designed around a company's goals, challenges, and industry. If you'd rather start smaller, our open-enrollment classes let you send individual employees to scheduled sessions without a custom engagement.
