What Is L.E.A.D. The Next Level?

L.E.A.D. The Next Level is designed for leaders of leaders or functional leaders who are ready to operate at an enterprise level. This multi-session program blends instructor-led learning, assessments, coaching, and applied organizational projects to help executive leaders translate insight into action that delivers bottom-line results.

Over this six-month development journey, participants will work with a cohort of peers to clarify their leadership philosophy, expand influence across the organization, mobilize teams through complexity, and develop future leaders. The program focuses on practical application tied directly to business priorities, not theory in isolation.

Who is it for?

This executive development experience is built for experienced and emerging leaders of leaders or functional leaders who have participated in prior leadership development. It is well suited for senior leaders, high-potential leaders, and executives responsible for enterprise outcomes, transformation, and succession development. Frontline Training Solutions hosts in-person training at its training center in Grand Rapids, MI, with select sessions held at partner venues. Class sizes are limited to support deep discussion, coaching, and application.

The in-person program spans six months and includes:

  • Six instructor-led training sessions
  • Two one-on-one executive leadership coaching labs
  • One peer coaching experience
  • Two off-site learning experiences
  • Several in-class assessments, in addition to Hogan assessment with certified facilitator debrief ($1100 value)
