Generational Intelligence: A Secret Weapon for Retention

In this webinar, we reviewed some of the political, social, economic, and technological influences of the five generations: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennial and Gen Z. Additionally, we looked at how general mindsets on the generations actually lead to stereotypes, biases, and discrimination that can contribute to disengagement.

What You'll Learn

For the first time in history, we now have five generations in the workplace, working side by side. Each generation brings a unique range of experiences to drive your organization further, however this generational spectrum has and continues to cause more challenges in the workplace than solutions. Every generation has had different influences which impact the overall workplace culture. When organizations begin to use generational intelligence, they will begin to tackle engagement issues that, when addressed, can lead to higher retention.

Finally, we looked at how to embrace and use these differences as a catalyst to increase morale, engagement, and retention with the goal to become and stay employers of choice.
