You may notice that many of our Team Assessments are personality-based.  When a team decides to leverage a Team Assessment, individual team members will receive a link to complete the chosen assessment online.  Each individual will get their personal results and through a series of activities and (in some cases) reports, teams will learn how the team is structured and likely to approach their work.  The team can then create a game plan to leverage their natural strengths effectively and mitigates against areas where they may be less effective.  In some cases, this experience highlights the need to reframe the team in order to maximize the chances of success.
