Why Socially Responsible Companies Win at Talent

The Giving Advantage

How purpose-driven companies of all sizes can attract better talent, build stronger teams, and strengthen communities

Employee engagement in the U.S. hit a 10-year low in 2024, with only 31% of employees engaged at work, and this low persisted in 2025. Leaders are searching for answers, and many are overlooking a meaningful piece of the engagement puzzle: a genuine commitment to their communities.

The companies winning at talent aren't just posting strong numbers. They're genuinely showing up for their neighbors, their communities, and causes bigger than their bottom line. In fact, 88% of corporate impact professionals say Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is future proofing their business for talent acquisition, retention, and regulatory readiness.

Join us for a free, one-hour webinar on Wednesday, June 10, at 12pm ET to explore what CSR really means, how authentically investing in social impact is good for business, and the key components and considerations for creating an impact strategy that reflects your organization's values.

The data on social impact is hard to ignore:

This session will walk through what CSR actually is, what strong community investment programs have in common, and practical steps for building one that fits your organization, whether you’re a large corporation or a small business. You’ll also have dedicated time for Q&A.

Who Should Attend

This webinar is designed for corporate leaders, HR professionals, marketing teams, and anyone interested in aligning business goals with genuine social impact. Company size doesn’t matter. Commitment does.
